Sales and Returns Policy

Important Ordering Information and Terms and Conditions of Sales

TELEPHONE HOURS Our order lines (+1-520-889-5644) are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am through 5:00 pm, Mountain Time. Fax lines are open 24 hours (+1-520-889-5669).

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. You may also call ahead for shipping charges and then mail in a check or money order if you wish to prepay. (Your order may be held until the check clears.) You can also pay with a Bank Wire Transfer to avoid the wait for the check to clear.

Prices and terms are subject to change without notice. All shipments will be made at prices prevailing at time of shipment.

Most orders are shipped within one business day of receipt. Shipping charges are based upon the actual weight and dimensions of each shipment. Some large, bulky items may be expensive to ship via an air delivery method, regardless of weight. We can provide you with an estimated shipping cost at the time you place your order or contact you with actual shipping costs after the order is packed. Very large or heavy items may require delivery by truck freight or may be subject to oversize charges based upon package dimensions. Hazardous items such as fire extinguishers and aerosol cans may not be shipped outside of the United States. Within the United States, a hazardous shipping fee may apply.

Any claim for damage must be made to Abrasives and Equipment of Arizona, Inc. immediately upon receipt. Be sure to save the box and all packing materials. We cannot credit you for the damaged merchandise until UPS acknowledges the claim.

Please contact us if you need to return an item. We will promptly and cheerfully make satisfactory adjustments should an unused item be defective or not as ordered. Please make a copy of the original paperwork that came with your order. Returns should be in original, undamaged cartons and in the same condition as received. No returns accepted after 30 days. No returns accepted on open abrasives or special orders. Returns not due to our error may be subject to a restocking charge or 20%. Refunds are made via the original form of payment only. If due to our error, we will send a UPS Call Tag or refund your return UPS Ground shipping charges. Please package returns properly. Please package any returns with care so that they arrive safely.
